About She Already Knows

For years, Kayla Pattle believed what so many women quietly believe that everyone else seemed to know the right path while she struggled to trust herself.

That experience became the foundation for She Already Knows.

Rather than creating another self-help platform that tells women what they should do, Kayla envisioned something radically different: a digital space that reflects a woman's own thoughts back to her before fear, comparison, or the opinions of others drown out her intuition.

The result is a web app that helps women slow down, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover the confidence that has been there all along.

Built from Kayla's own journey through self-doubt, people-pleasing, and personal transformation, She Already Knows exists to remind women that healing doesn't come from finding someone else's answers. It comes from learning to trust their own voice again because when women come back home to themselves, everything changes. Relationships become healthier. Decisions become clearer. Purpose becomes easier to pursue. And life begins to feel like their own again.
