Victor + Valor® hosts a variety of in-person and live virtual events designed to help military families thrive in their personal and professional lives. Whether it’s a multi-day photo and video shoot or intensive workshops focused on developing new skills, our events offer hands-on opportunities for growth and connection.

Our in-person events bring together entrepreneurs, military spouses, veterans, and their families to participate in powerful learning experiences, including:

Multi-Day Photo and Video Shoots: These high-energy shoots showcase the creativity and spirit of our military family businesses, helping them capture content that drives marketing and business growth.
Workshops and Trainings: We host immersive workshops on key entrepreneurial skills, including public speaking, media training, marketing strategies, and branding. Our workshops are hands-on, ensuring participants walk away with practical knowledge they can immediately apply.

Victor + Valor's monthly virtual sessions are designed to make valuable resources accessible to our community, no matter where they are. These interactive sessions cover everything from starting your business to pricing your products and even integrating faith into business. Our goal is to ensure that every member of Victor + Valor® feels seen, heard, and supported.

Starting Out in Business: These sessions provide valuable insights and strategies for launching a successful business, including tips on market research, branding, and planning.
Pricing and Profitability: We dive deep into how to price your services and products for profitability, ensuring that military entrepreneurs have the tools to build financially sustainable businesses.
God in Business: Victor + Valor® is deeply rooted in faith, and these sessions explore how to integrate your beliefs with your entrepreneurial journey. We provide support and encouragement to help military families build businesses that align with their values and purpose.
Live Hot Seat Coaching: In addition to regular virtual sessions, we offer hot seat coaching opportunities, where participants can receive direct, personalized feedback and advice on their business challenges.

As with everything we do, Victor + Valor® members never pay for our services. If your brand is grossing under $250,000 - 500k annually, click the link below to log into your Victor + Valor® account, and then click the link to set up an initial consult with one of our team members.

During this, they will get to know you, your business, your needs, and your dreams. From there, you will be connected with your brand strategist, who, alongside, you will map out what assets your brand needs and begin the process of building up your business.

the fine print

Once approved to receive brand assets, your work begins. Yep, building a successful brand is a profoundly personal experience. And because we want to do everything we can to see you succeed, we require all brands receiving asset creation to:

Complete both our personal and professional development series (available to you online through your member’s portal)
Have a minimum of two mentorship meetings per month with your entrepreneurial member

Actively participate in the review and approval process of all assets
And take action (like creating social media accounts, changing bio copy, etc) as needed/agreed to between you and your branding expert
