Why This Work Exists

Too many military-connected individuals carry extraordinary leadership, discipline, adaptability, grit, and heart into civilian life only to hit walls when they try to build something of their own.

Some are navigating transition. Some are rebuilding identity. Some are trying to create income that can survive military life. Some are building nonprofits or businesses from scratch with no roadmap, no strategic support, and no budget for expert help.

Victor + Valor® was created to meet that gap with excellence by Ali Craig, a branding powerhouse with 26 years of experience, 87+ awards, and decades of working with international, high-level entrepreneurs.

We believe the military community should have access to the same caliber of branding, strategy, messaging, and growth support that high-level businesses pay significant money for.
