Most entrepreneurial organizations begin with a curriculum, a cohort, or a defined timeline. Those models are incredibly valuable, but they aren't designed to meet every founder exactly where they are or address the unique challenges each organization faces.

Rather than asking founders to fit into our process, we build our partnership around the needs of their organization.

Our goal has never been to graduate founders from a program. Our goal is to help them build organizations capable of serving their communities for years to come.

Our Founder
Victor + Valor® was founded by Ali Craig, a researcher, strategist, and founder of the Human Choice™ Theory. After more than two decades helping founders, nonprofits, and purpose-driven organizations build stronger relationships, Ali recognized that military-connected entrepreneurs possessed extraordinary leadership but often lacked access to the strategic guidance, creative expertise, and long-term organizational support needed to transform that leadership into sustainable organizations.
Victor + Valor® was created to change that. Not by offering another short-term program, but by building lasting partnerships that help military-connected entrepreneurs create organizations worthy of the communities they serve.
Today, Victor + Valor® brings together donors, volunteers, corporate partners, and industry experts from across the country, investing their time, talent, and resources into helping founders build organizations that continue creating impact for generations.
