By equipping parents, educators, and school systems with practical tools and individualized Continuity Plans, Bridge & Banner™ helps children continue learning with confidence no matter where military life takes them.

About Bridge & Banner™

Every military move brings change.

For military-connected children, that change often means entering a new classroom with different academic standards, different expectations, and different learning sequences. Even the most capable students can experience gaps simply because they moved.

Bridge & Banner™ was created to solve that problem.


Founded by military spouse Stephanie Rundle, the organization exists to ensure that highly mobile elementary students don't lose academic momentum every time their families receive new orders.


Unlike traditional educational programs, Bridge & Banner™ translates individual state standards into one unified, skill-sequenced framework that follows the child, not the school system. Through individualized Continuity Plans, teacher training, parent education, and practical learning tools, the organization equips families and educators to work together so children continue progressing with confidence instead of repeating material or falling behind because every military child deserves educational continuity and every move should represent a new opportunity, not a setback.



Media & Recognition

Building National Momentum

Since launching, Bridge & Banner™ has continued building awareness among military families and education leaders.


Highlights include:

  • Official program launch in Yuma, Arizona (December 2025)

  • Launch press release developed through Victor + Valor®

  • Featured by Five & Thrive during 2026

  • Three educator workshops delivered for Yuma teachers

  • Four virtual parent trainings during the Month of the Military Child

  • Scheduled guest on the PsychArmor podcast (July 2026)


These milestones represent the beginning of a growing movement to improve educational continuity for military-connected children across the country.



Looking Ahead

A Vision for the Future

Bridge & Banner™ envisions becoming the trusted educational resource families turn to whenever military orders bring another move.


The long-term vision extends beyond military families, expanding the Continuity Plan model to support other highly mobile student populations, including foster children and migrant children who also experience interrupted learning.


Current priorities include developing on-demand training for both parents and educators, making the program accessible regardless of where a family is stationed.
