One of the biggest challenges veterans face when becoming entrepreneurs is going from community and systems to being all on their own for everything. Because of their desire for community, connection, and direction - many Veterans unknowingly make poor financial choices purchasing mastermind, coaching and ecourse mentorships. In 2024 Victor + Valor™, we want to launch an active online community offering connection, collaboration, and daily steps anyone can take to move their business forward. With this platform we can serve an unlimited number of veterans at all stages of their businesses as well as launch on a bigger scale or mastermind and mentorship programs as well. And all free of charge to the veterans, spouses, and kids up to the age of 25. To launch and run this program successful for a full year we need to hire a community manager and content creator which will cost around $90K total per year.

In 2023 we launched our training certification programs in a live only model. This model limited the amount of people we could serve due to their schedules and our ability limitedus to no more than 12 students at a time. WIth our on demand hybrid model we propose recording all the trainings, but still offer the project customization, teacher office hours and live jury classes giving the students the real world skills they need, tailored portfolio, and career support they need to succeed.Each course will run around $35k per course offered. But once done, we will be able to train a minimum of 75 students per model at a time.

The current pre-teen and teens are inheritely understand social media, influencer marketing, and the emergeing metaverse - they simply don’t have the business skills. This summer we desire to hold 2 cohorts (1) for entrepreneurs and (2) content creators/social media managers. Our hope is to have these military kids leave with launched businesses and a community that supports them. An we are projecting to be able to serve 48 students total. To make this a reality, we will need to lead trainers, 5 mentors per group, marketing to the various communities, and the logistical deliverables and subscriptions need to help them launch. This project is budgeted at $23k.
